2017 Ford Expedition | Rugged Comfort

Take your place on- and off-road in the 2017 Ford Expedition. Power, safety and durability come together to enhance your adventures, while the four-door access with available seating for up to eight individuals makes sure you do it with comfort and style. The available trim levels for the 2017 Ford Expedition are the XLT, Limited, Platinum, Limited MAX, and Platinum Max.

Roomy interior comfort and rugged exterior styling are all heightened by the latest enhancements in the 2017 Ford Expedition. With an easy keyless entry and pushbutton start, not available in XLT models, you need never worry about trying to find your keys while having your arms full of items. Once in the vehicle, you will be seated in front perforated, leather-trimmed heated/cooled bucket seats to provide you comfort, optional in the XLT models. There is also ambient lighting, optional in the XLT models, to suit your mood in the front centre console bin, front cup holders, and the front and rear footwells that come in seven colour options of ICE BLUE, orange, soft blue, red, green, blue, and purple. All the latest technology is at your command, whether it be by voice or touch, with the SYNC 3, available upgrade from SYNC in XLT model. SYNC 3 comes fully equipped with navigation, hands-free calling, Siri, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and automatic updates over Wi-Fi. While listening to SiriusXM or your music, you will be able to enjoy it through the 390-watt Audio System from Sony. The sound is seamlessly conveyed throughout the cabin via 12 high-quality Sony speakers and a subwoofer located behind the second-row seats, optional in the XLT models. The driver’s console also comes fully equipped with a standard rearview camera and forward/reverse sensing system to ensure safe maneuvering in tight places or while hitching upa boat or trailer, forward sensing system not available in XLT models. It is also fully equipped with BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) with cross traffic alert to ensure changing lanes or backing out into the road worry-free, optional in the XLT models. Concerned about cargo space? Well, do not fear because with split bench seats that can be folded down, and a luggage rack with side rails, there is more than enough cargo space for any adventure. All models come with a standard 3,066L of space behind the front seats, but if you want even more space, you can go for the Max extended-length model that comes with 3,703L of space. There are many different upgrade options to enhance your adventures such as halogen projector-beam headlight, power-deployable running boards and side mirrors with heat, signal, memory and security approach features. You also have the option of a power moonroof. If you are concerned with road traction, you can go with the Platinum model that has 22-inch polished aluminum wheels with the optional Continuously Controlling Damping (CCD) System. Equipped with independent rear suspension, electronic power-assisted steering (EPAS), front and rear stabilizer bars, limited slip 3.73 rear axle (optional in the XLT, Limited and Platinum models), and a mechanical load levelling rear suspension that is engineered with independent multilink rear suspension (IRS) (optional in all models) you are fully ready for wherever adventure may take you.

If the melding of performance and comfort are what you are looking for, then look no further than the 2017 Ford Expedition. Equipped with the smooth handling 6-speed SelectShift Automatic Transmission, you can take on whatever terrain may come your way with its wide-ratio gearing for responsive low-end performance and high-end fuel efficiency. Smoothly transition between the full manual mode, which allows for full shift control, and the progressive range select, which limits gear range to prevent overdrive while going over hilly terrain.
